Ingredients
Sweet Tahini Dip
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2-3 tablespoons water or lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grape syrup Grape syrup and tahini are a traditional Turkish combination. Date syrup, honey, or maple syrup would also work fine.

Instructions
  1. Wash parsnips well and cut into thin sticks. Toss with oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper
  2. Roast fries at 400 degrees for 30- 45 minutes, until desired crispness. Sprinkle with za'atar before serving if desired.
  3. If making the tahini dipping sauce, whisk together dip ingredients adding water/lemon juice and syrup to desired taste and consistency.
