On Saturday, August 23, 2014, shareholders, friends and supporters of the Community Supported Garden at Genesis Farm gathered at quaint and historic Waterloo Village in Byram, NJ, for a Farm-to-Table Dinner benefiting the CSA.
The benefit was sponsored by Jeffrey A. Miller Catering (JAM), the exclusive caterer at the historic Waterloo Village.
The Farm-to-Table Dinner at Waterloo featured food raised at the Community Supported Garden at Genesis Farm and prepared by the renowned JAM chefs. The event began with tours of Waterloo Village and a cocktail hour, followed by three courses, each paired with local wine from Alba Vineyard and Winery and live music by Byrdgrass.
