Bring your friends, the kids, the grandparents, yourselves and a potluck dish to share. The day begins at 1pm in the fields across the road where we all get a little dirt under our nails harvesting carrots and/or beets for winter storage. There are also some fun activities for the children who weave their way in and out of the harvest.

At around 5pm, we shift gears and move down to the playground area where some may want to participate in sack races organized by our amazing team of apprentices/young farmers, dine on the finest potluck in the world, sit around a big bonfire, sing, play socialize and have a most wonderful day celebrating our farm our community and our food.

The talented Spirit Hoopers will perform for us, as they have become integral to this special day over the years. (Maybe something to do with FULL CIRCLE, seed to fruition. Maybe something to do with youth and hope and future. Maybe fun and entertainment. Maybe all those and more!) We are always thrilled to have their energy on the land.

Date: Sunday October 19th

Time: 1pm-after dark when the bonfire dies down

Come for the whole day or any part of it.

Bring a potluck dish to share, your own plates, utensils, etc. a picnic blanket if you wish.

We are looking forward to spending the day together!
