Spicy Garlic Stir-Fried Napa Cabbage

  1. Mix minced garlic, scallions, hot pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, water, and honey in medium sized mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat large skillet or wok with oil over high heat. Add cabbage and a pinch of salt. Cook, flipping cabbage with tongs, for about 3-5 minutes until just wilted.
  3. Remove cabbage from heat and add to the bowl with sauce mixture. Toss cabbage in sauce and let sit for 3-5 minutes to let flavors incorpate.
  4. Toast sesame seeds in clean pan over medium heat until slightly golden.
  5. Top cabbage with toasted sesame seeds and serve while still hot.
