A sweet and quick way to whip up some treats with CSG sweet potatoes and flour!

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. Sift together dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon)
  3. Stir together wet ingredients
  4. Add wet to dry and stir gently until just combined
  5. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface an pat to about 2 cm. thickness.
  6. Cut into 2 to 3 inch biscuits using a cup or large cookie cutter
  7. Bake on baking tray 12-15 minutes, until golden in color.

These go great with some CSG pumpkin butter or any other fruit or nut spreads you have!
