This is a great way to use up veggies from any given Spring or Fall share!

Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add garlic /scallions, carrot, and peas and saute until tender (about 2 minutes).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and pepper flakes. Set aside.
  3. Move veggies to one side of the wok and add beaten eggs to the other. Scramble until cook through and then incorporate with the veggies.
  4. Stir in your rice of choice and pour soy sauce mixture over top. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Top with chives/green onion and enjoy!
