Find out what kind of vegetables you might expect in the various shares we offer, and where you can pick up.
Our farm shares are generous: early season may be less, and high season more. Pickup is every Tuesday May-November and every other Friday December-April. Over the course of the season, a summer share usually includes tender greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach), hardy greens (kale, chard, mustard greens, bok choy), snow peas, snap peas, green garlic, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, spring carrots, beets, radishes, new potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, zucchini, corn, cucumbers, garlic, and scallions. In addition to seasonal produce, there are often fresh herbs, fruit, flowers, and extra pick-your-own seasonal bounties. In the winter, members get their choice of root vegetables (parsnips, beets, kohlrabi, watermelon radishes, celeriac), potatoes, sweet potatoes, garlic, onions, butternut squash, fermented sauerkraut, lettuce, and choice of greens (spinach, kale, bok choy, radicchio, chard).

Most members pick their share up at the farm, where you can choose your favorite veggies; shop for extra farm-fresh goods at the Local Food Source; pick fruit, flowers, and vegetables that are growing in abundance; chat with the farmers and community members; and simply enjoy the land.
