Education
Our strong and effective apprenticeship program train several future farmers every year. School groups regularly visit the farm, and we offer farm camp, cooking classes, shiitake inoculation workshops, seed saving, and more!
Stewardship
We use biodynamic and organic farming practices, including compost, cover crops, crop rotation, biodiversity and beneficials. We actively participate in the seed saving movement, supplying seed companies and our fellow farmers.
